UPAYA KOMUNITAS SOHIB LITERASI INDONESIA (SOLID) DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT BACA ANAK

Reading interest still a polemic that has not been resolved until now. Considering this problem requires support from various parties to be able increase children's reading such as parents, educational institutions and the community environment itself. This research aims find out efforts of Indonesian Literacy Sohib Community in increasing children. uses qualitative approach with descriptive types research. Data collection methods used are observation, interview documentation. The subjects study were eleven informants consisting one leader, 5 children active activities, mothers results show only strives provide information sources places books, magazines, comics, novels link between knowledge users their but also teachers for who unable read, train more positive social benefits presence felt by direct parents. Parents it helpful ability read develop decrease negative behavior.
